The design features a two-storey eastern frontage with retail and dining at ground level and offices above, while the central high-volume form accommodates the supermarket and e-commerce operations. Materials such as brick, limestone-look cladding, timber accents, and glazing provide a modern yet welcoming character.
The development includes dedicated click-and-collect facilities, efficient loading zones, generous car and bicycle parking, and landscaped forecourts to enhance amenity and connectivity.
