Nepean Village Outdoor Dining Precinct

BN worked with Vicinity Centres to create a destinational outdoor dining precinct at Nepean Village. The design integrates heritage buildings, dining areas and outdoor play areas with quality streetscaping, pergolas and landscaping. Initially leveraged off existing food operators, the dining precinct delivers a critical mass of food offerings and a focal point for the local community.

BN Group had the privilege of working with Marilynne Paspaley of Paspaley Pearls to design and document a luxurious 5 star Resort in Broome’s stunning Cable Beach precinct. This award winning, 72 room boutique resort includes a restaurant, bar, arrival loggia, day spa, studio suites and private villas. Designed with reference to Broome’s unique historic architectural style, the resort features traditional materials, colours and striking elements of Kimberly sandstone integrated into a Jamie Durie designed tropical landscaped setting.

Located in a preeminent position on Australia’s Gold Coast overlooking Surfers Paradise beach, BN has created a unique retail and tourist attraction using ‘freeform pods’ depicting beach pebbles in the sand to create an urban podium that allows pedestrians to meander and shop. The project integrates a 70 storey residential and hotel tower and recently won an Excellence in Urban Design award.

Coogee Beach Club

Deign of the refurbishment of the iconic Bowling Club in Coogee.

The project has involved the internal refresh of the Dining Area, W.C`s, Tab Area and a new kitchen for an independent catering company.

Externally the project is currently undergoing a cosmetic upgrade resulting in a fresh new look synonymous with the key location of the club.
