Gregory Hills Town Centre

As part of a larger masterplan for the area, stage 1 of Gregory Hills Town Centre has opened featuring a state of the art Woolworths Supermarket, BWS and Medical Centre as well as a range of specialty tenancies, and a 450-space car park.

Distinguishing itself from more traditional centres, the design of the development provides a level of animation and playfulness in its form, with strong angular lines mixed with splashes of colour, and natural finishes. The interiors have been developed with the same dynamic approach with raked ceilings with timber offset battens and lit with natural light through the clerestory windows which run the length of the centre.

Already an award winner, the Gregory Hills Town Centre development has created a dynamic new hub and heart for the suburb and with Stage 2 already approved, will look to add more choice and convenience for its community.

BN was engaged to develop a Masterplan and DA submission for stage one of a new Town Centre at the Heart of Googong township.

Googong is approximately 7kms south of Queanbeyan a developing award-winning suburban that started some 10 years. The new town centre looks to reinforce the social aspirations of both client and community and provide a successful commercial outcome for all parties. Town centre will consist of convenience retail anchored by a full line supermarket, service retail, cafes and restaurants, tavern, service pad sites for fuel, fast food and large format uses along with associated community facilities with a focus on public space and a village character.

BN Group was engaged by Redlands school Cremorne NSW to undertake a masterplan for their senior campus. Working with Redlands Aspirational brief, BN assisted with the development of the physical brief and then considered the complexity of delivering a staged masterplan within both the financial and sensitive ongoing operational constraints of the school.

Stage One of the masterplan being the New Learning Hub, basement parking and Music faculty are currently in delivery phase.

C5 is a major Masterplan for a community in the heart of Manila for San Miguel Properties. The project is in Pasig City Manila adjacent to Marika River. Currently a disused industrial and logistic site, the location offers a prime location for the development of high and medium density residential with quality facilities including sports club, landscape podiums and pools, retail, church and other leisure activities. The substantial nature of the project requires the consideration of environmental amenity, market needs, efficient infrastructure spaces and appropriate staging of the development, with location of tower forms creating quality urban.

Located in a preeminent position on Australia’s Gold Coast overlooking Surfers Paradise beach, BN has created a unique retail and tourist attraction using ‘freeform pods’ depicting beach pebbles in the sand to create an urban podium that allows pedestrians to meander and shop. The project integrates a 70 storey residential and hotel tower and recently won an Excellence in Urban Design award.

Working with one of Australia’s leading retailers, Woolworths, BN have masterplanned an integrated development in an area currently occupied by a commuter car park. The new development will see increased car parking for locals and commuters, additional quality retail, cafes and restaurant offers in a village atmosphere along with community facilities including a new Library covered by a new public park.

Warnervale Town Centre

The Warnervale Town Centre has recently gained State Government approval. On the central coast of NSW Australia, the Warnervale Town Centre is one of the new Village Town Centres that BN is currently undertaking. Others include Huntlee Village, Wilton Town Centre and Sippy Downs Town Centre. Warnervale is an integrated centre based around a railway station, transport interchange with a main street. It has a full mix of facilities including retail, commercial offices, community facilities, low/medium/high density residential and entertainment. The public focus is a key design initiative.
